Dugger man faces pair of forgery, and receiving stolen property counts (Local News ~ 01/30/13)
Ryan Gene Duckworth, 29, Dugger, was arrested last week and charged on Friday with two counts of forgery, both class C felonies, and two counts of receiving stolen property, both class D felonies. Officer Thomas Jerrels of the Linton Police Department began an investigation on Jan. 13 when he was contacted by a Sullivan County deputy who said a Dugger resident had reported three checks stolen from his checkbook... -

Greene County Emergency Management Agency Director Roger Axe said despite the storm damage sustained in the eastern part of the county, there will be no financial assistance available. Axe said two representatives from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, Phil Brown Response and Recovery and Jerry Husband of Field Services Division, were on scene in the Solsberry area where 15 to 20 homes sustained what Axe deemed "moderate to severe damage"... -
