Charles F. Millspaugh Sr., 76, of Parker City, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 16, 2013. Charles was born October 26, 1936 in Harford City, Indiana to the late Guy and Martha Millspaugh. Charles graduated from Gaston High School in 1955 and went on to attend Ball State University. Charles worked for Marhoefer Packing Company in Muncie. He attended Bible Baptist Church and was also a member of the YMCA and was an avid weight lifter...

Gary A. West, age 75, of Linton, went to live with Jesus at 5:54 A.M. Monday, August 19, 2013, at Greene County General Hospital in Linton. He was born March 19, 1938, in Lyons, the son of Charles M. and Rachel M. (Hale) West. Coaches of all ages, of all sports, in the White River Valley Schools will be operating under some new guidelines this year, and so will parents.
