Driver accused of driving illegally in Bloomfield, with a "tooter" in the vehicle (Local News ~ 12/18/13)
When Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Bobby Pierce pulled a vehicle over for a routine traffic stop in Bloomfield late Monday, he reported the driver and a passenger attempted to switch seats before the car came to a stop. The driver wasn't supposed to be driving and when the car was inventoried after being impounded, Pierce said he found a "tooter" -- a small silver pipe commonly used for inhaling methamphetamine...
