Fulford went 3-for-3 with a grand slam home run, a 3-run dinger and an RBI single to finish with eight RBIs as the Class A No. 1 Lakers defeated visiting Cloverdale 10-0. Retirements were accepted from Rick Hobbs, Carol Tuttle and Phyllis Jacob. Hobbs has spent 28 years teaching at Shakamak, while Tuttle has a tenure of 36 years.
