LITTLE CINCINNATI -- Linton-Stockton scored 21 points in less than 10 minutes as the Class A No. 3 Miners rolled to a 63-22 victory over Eastern Greene in the season opener here Friday night for both football squads. The Miners, who are 14-0 all-time against the Thunderbirds, led 36-6 at the half and 49-6 after three quarters. DUGGER -- The Noblesville Lions at Dugger football game, the opener for the Bulldogs, has been delayed 30 minutes due to the heat index. According to school officials the game will now kickoff at 6:30 p.m.
