Tuesday, April 21 Linton Church League Softball Association is now taking teams for this years Summer Softball League. We will play on week nights. Each team will play one game per week and we will have a tourney at the end of the season. Entry deadline is Sunday, May 17th. The league will start during the first week of June. National Weather Service Severe Weather Spotter training course coming to Greene County on Tuesday

The Greene County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) is offering residents the chance to become a certified Tornado Spotter. The case of Doug Lambermont of Jasonville, accused of the murder of Derek Fulford on Labor Day in September of 2014, was scheduled to go to trial by jury in May but the trial date was canceled Tuesday after a negotiated plea agreement was filed in Greene Superior Court.
