She married Donald Hyde and moved to California where she worked with the Census Beareau and did volunteer work with troubled teens for 16 years. The Lyons Town Council members expressed their approval for the turnout for the 2015 Strawberry Festival. Council President Scott Powers said it was a "record setting year."
