Harley E. Carmichael, 94, of Bloomfield, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at his residence. Born October 6, 1921 in Solsberry, he was the son of Charles and Laura (Neill) Carmichael. He was an electrician for IBEW Local 725 and Poe Electric in Linton. He was a World War II veteran with the United States Army.
