SPEEDWAY - Lightning in the area delayed the kickoff of Friday's high school football game between the Linton-Stockton Miners and the Speedway Sparkplugs. When the game got underway 40 minutes later than scheduled, the Miners came out with thunder. Linton-Stockton put 21 quick points on the board in the opening stanza.
