A Worthington man is in Greene County Jail for allegedly sending sexually explicit photos to a teenager. Nicholas L. Powell, 35, was booked into the jail Wednesday on preliminary charges of Level 5 felony child solicitation and Level 6 felony dissemination of matter harmful to minors following an extensive investigation.
