A new Reserve Deputy Marshal is in Lyons

The Town of Lyons swore in its new Reserve Deputy Marshal during a regular meeting of the town council after holding an executive session prior to it on Tuesday evening. Jason Wilson was sworn in by Clerk/treasurer Darla Robison and will join part-time Lyons Town Marshal Ron Sparks. The town council also approved a $1000 spending limit to get the new reserve a uniform and his equipment in working order, according to President Scott Powers.
