The man accused of robbing the BloomBank in Linton last month has been apprehended, according to a press release issued by the Linton Police Department. Vonny Craw, the suspect in the BloomBank Robbery in Linton, has been apprehended in Union County, Ind., as of 9 p.m. on Tuesday. Craw is facing a preliminary charge of Level 5 felony robbery. County council reaches $1 million in cuts

The Greene County Council has reached more than $1 million in budget cuts for the 2018 general fund after hearings Wednesday afternoon. Greene County Auditor Patty Baker said the largest cut came from the Greene County Sheriff’s Department. “(Sheriff) Mike (Hasler) put in a request for 22 jailers this year.
