Dallas H. Asdell, 97, of Roachdale, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, at Mill Pond Health Campus in Greencastle. He was born Aug. 2, 1920 in Newberry to Frank and Gertrude (McElroy) Asdell. Dallas served in the United States Army during World War II. He worked his life as a farmer and in his later years as a truck driver. He was a member of the VFW and Scotland Presbyterian Church...
