A Solsberry man, 38-year-old Jason D. Krise, driving a 2000 Honda Accord, found himself in the yard of a private residence on E. St. Rd. 54 after attempting to text while driving. Donald E. Hasler, age 73, of Lyons, passed away on Wed., Oct. 3, 2018, at his residence. He was born Sept. 7, 1945, in Linton, the son of Garland and Virginia (Samford) Hasler. Donald was a proud, retired Air Force Lt. Colonel of thirty-six years and served during the Vietnam War. He was a graduate of Purdue University and a proud Boilermaker.
