Robert Elmo “Bob” Stalcup, beloved husband and father, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018, at the age of 91 years, 8 months, and 27 days. He was born on Feb. 19, 1927, in Greene County, to Charles B. and Zelda M. (Blaker) Stalcup Osburn.
