The Southern Indiana Development Commission (SIDC) is working with the City of Linton on submitting a housing rehabilitation grant for owner-occupied housing repairs to the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. According to SIDC Housing Program Manager Jenny Dearwester, the grant, if awarded, will provide rehabilitation on houses owned by low and moderate-income residents living within the corporate limits of the city...
