William L. “Bill” Fiscus Sr., 90, of Linton, passed away at 1:45 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16, 2019 at Autumn Trace in Linton. He was born Sept. 10, 1929 in Boonville, to William Jason Fiscus and Opal Marie (Keller) Fiscus Miller.
