Sullivan County reports increase in counterfeit bills

According to Sullivan County Sheriff Clark Cottom, area banks have reported a recent increase in counterfeit bills. In a press release, Cottom disclosed some tips for detecting counterfeit cash. Linton Fall Arts Festival canceled
