George M. Butz, 83, of Newberry, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021, at Greene County General Hospital. Born Oct. 15, 1937, in Bloomfield, he was the son of Roscoe Emerson and Evangeline (Bridges) Butz. George retired from NSWC Crane and was a veteran who served in the United States Air Force.
