Phyllis Lorene (Harper) Chipman, 88, of Bloomfield, passed away at her home on May 7, 2021. She was the daughter of Lowell and Marjorie (Price) Harper. She was a homemaker and member of the Walnut Grove Church of God. On December 29, 1951 she married the love of her life, Ralph D. Chipman. She joined Ralph while he was in the service living in Texas and Virginia. This began her love of travel where eventually together they traveled to all 50 states, mostly in their camper... -

He was born August 13, 1943 in Ypsilanti, Mich. to Forest Eugene Handley and Ann Louise (Zeps) Handley. Survivors include his sister and brother in-law, Sue Girard (Ray) of Rocky Hill, Conn.; his niece and nephew Terry Handley (Cathy) of Jasonville and his nephews Todd Handley of Terre Haute, Timothy Handley (Dee) and his great-nephews and nieces and many cousins.. ...
