TELL CITY – For a second consecutive year the Miners made the trip to Tell City to start sectionals and Linton prevailed Friday 46-13 to start its postseason run. Linton defeated Tell City 34-0 last season as Linton led 34-0 at halftime this year. “We were able to come out and jump on them early and execute pretty well,” Linton Coach Brian Oliver said. “That’s good for us after a two and a half-hour bus ride and make those plays that we needed to from the beginning.”...
