According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Linton Police Lieutenant Bobby J. Pierce, 18-year-old Jonathan D. Bailey is facing a preliminary charge of battery. Pierce writes that a Linton resident contacted the Linton Police Department to report their juvenile child had been battered by “an 18 year old male”.
