According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad, Linton resident Eckward B. Hibbard, III, 32, faces preliminary charges of battery following an incident which occurred on Aug. 13, 2022. Goad writes that Greene County Dispatch received a report of battery at a party held at a Linton residence from Witness One.
