Farol C. Hall, 87, of Newberry, passed away at 11:25 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 2007 at Ketcham Memorial Nursing Home in Odon.
Born July 20, 1919 in Greene County, she was the daughter of Victor and Bonnie (Crooke) Hasler.
She was a homemaker and also worked at Allison in Indianapolis and Sarkes Tarzian in Bloomington. She was a member of the Newberry United Methodist Church.
Surviving relatives include: one son, Mark A. Hall of Newberry; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald V. Hall June 11, 1982, father Victor Hasler in 1979, mother, Bonnie (Crooke) Hasler in 1985, one son, Max D. Hall in 1987, and two brothers, Jack Hasler in 2004 and Max D. Hasler who was lost at sea in 1944.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday at the Newberry United Methodist Church with Rev. Tom Lapham officiating. Burial will be in Prairie Chapel Cemetery near Lyons.
Friends may call at the church from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 1 hour prior to services Monday.
