The Linton Police Department responded Saturday, Sunday and Monday to one fraud, one follow-up investigation, six information only requests, one fight, two juvenile/delinquents, four vandalisms, one drug investigation, two structure fires, one transportation/documentation, three property damage accidents, two lost and found, nine medical/illness runs, eight animal complaints, two suspicious vehicles/persons, two burglaries, two harassment complaints, four theft-others, one fireworks, one bicycle theft, two 911 prank/false calls, one wanted on warrant arrest, three domestic disputes and two ordinance violations. They also made one traffic stop, provided seven extra patrols, assisted another agency twice and assisted the fire department once.
* June 22 -- Daniel W. Clark, Northeast 8th Street, Linton, was arrested on two warrants -- failure to appear on a battery with injury charge and a body attachment for contempt -- by Patrolman Paul Clark.
* June 23 -- Amanda Misner, Southwest A Street, Linton, reported a bike stolen. Patrolman Paul Clark took the report.
* June 24 -- Lorena Nail, Route 2, Linton, reported witnessing a fight. Patrolman Heath Murray took the report.
* June 24 -- Bernard H. Jackson, Roosevelt Street, Linton, reported that a rock had been thrown through the east side window of his garage. No items were reported missing from the garage. Patrolman Chad Crynes took the report.
