The Linton Police Department responded Thursday to five follow up investigations, five information only requests, two juvenile/delinquents, one transport/documentation, one loitering, one property damage accident, one medical/illness run, five animal complaints, one domestic battery, one burglary attempt, one theft-other, one fireworks, one bicycle theft, two domestic disputes, one domestic/neighbor and one ordinance violation. They provided three extra patrols and made one traffic stop.
* June 27 -- An employee of Fast Point reported a drive-off theft of $30.01. Patrolman Keith McDonald is investigating.
* June 27 -- Kade M. King, Southeast I Street, Linton, reported his iPod stolen. He left the iPod in pants, which were left in the bath house at A.M. Risher Memorial Pool. When he was ready to leave the pool, he noticed the iPod was missing. Patrolman Chad Crynes took the report.
* June 28 -- A subject witnessed Belinda Majewski choking Jack Christy. Patrolman Keith McDonald spoke to Majewski and wanted her of a battery charge. Later, Christy reported she had scratched his ears and arms and ran her car into his truck. Majewski was arrested by Patrol Officer Debbie McDonald.
* June 29 -- Diana Reedy, Roosevelt Street, Linton, reported the theft of a bicycle from her yard. Patrolman Jayson Smith is investigating.
