The Linton Police Department responded Monday to three follow up investigations, two information only requests, one juvenile/delinquent, one vandalism, two protective order violations, one public intoxication, one loitering complaint, three personal injury accidents, two property damage accidents, one medical/illness run, two animal complaints, one VIN check, one suspicious vehicle/person, three burglaries, one burglary attempt, one animal/debris in roadway, one stranded/disabled vehicle, one bicycle theft, one motor vehicle theft and two domestic disputes. They also made one traffic stop and assisted another agency once.

* July 30 -- Donald L. Borders III, Myra St., Worthington, reported that while his vehicle was parked next to a storage unit he rents, it was struck several times with a hard object, causing damage to the driver's side door, front fenders, mirrors, hood and passenger's side door. Patrolman Jayson Smith took the report.
