Alfred Pearl Keller, 94, of Cory and formerly of Jasonville, passed away at 10 a.m. Sunday at his residence.
Born July 20, 1913 in Howesville, he was the son of Charles Harrison and Alviria (Griffth) Keller.
A former and coal miner, he was the member of the Lewis Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include: his wife of 73 years, Ruth (Eldeman) Keller of Cory whom he married on Feb.28, 1934; seven children, Phyllis Wrate of Cory, Charles Keller of Dayton, TN, Wilma Rasmussen of Nooksack, WA, Frances Shever of Lexington, KY, Ron Keller of Eaton Rapids, MI, Roger Keller of Paris, IL and Sue Williams, also of Paris, IL; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Dickie and Steve Keller; and three grandchildren, Kim Keller, Jeanie Keller and John Martin Laswell.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at McClannahan-Lee Funeral Home in Jasonville with Pastor Ron Kelley officiating. Burial will be in the Keller-Edelman Family Cemetery, west of Jasonville.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
