The Linton Police Department responded on Thursday to one medical extraction, three information-only requests, one fight, one vandalism report, two property damage accidents, two medical/illnesses, one alarm, one animal complaint, one prowler, one suspicious person/vehicle, one reckless driver, one theft-other, one missing person-adult, one fingerprint-gun permit, one wanted-arrest on warrant and one ordinance violation. The department also had one cleaning person on station, one assist to another agency and two traffic stops.
* April 12 -- Kristy Lewellyn, 590 NE A St., reported that after servicing her 2000 Cadillac Escalade at Petro's Tire it was returned with visible damage to the door. She believes the damage occurred as a business-related incident. Patrol Officer Karl Jacobshagen is the investigating officer.
