Wanda L. Secrest, 77, of Linton passed away at 8 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 11 at Glenburn Home in Linton.
Born Sept. 2, 1929 in Linton, she was the daughter of John William and Ethel Florence Howerton Combs.
She was a member of South Linton Church of God.
Survivors include: her husband, John J. Secrest of Linton; two sons, John David Secrest of Jasonville and Curtis M. Secrest of Bloomfield; two daughters, Cheryl Lockhart and Elaine Secrest, both of Linton; two sisters, Shirley Hannon of Indianapolis and Geraldine Wilson of Jasonville; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by two brothers, Curtis Combs and Maurice Combs; five sisters, Alberta Lifford, Augusta Reed, Vivian Butler, Joyce Nalley and Jewell Combs.
Service will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with Pastor Russell Black officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
