Mildred Beadle, 96, of Terre Haute and formerly of Coalmont, passed away at 3:13 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 23, 2006 at Meadows Manor North in Terre Haute.
Born March 1, 1910 in Clay City, she was the daughter of Edward and Sadie (Clingman) Thompson.
She was a homemaker and a member of Shiloh Assembly of God where her husband was a former pastor.
Survivors include: a sister, Virginia Thompson of Terre Haute; two granddaughters, Madonna Templeton of Elkhart and Lavonna Rose of Terre Haute; four great-grandchildren, Jerad Rose, Andrew Cox, Jon Cox and Sara Rink; eight great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Oscar L. Beadle; a son, Donald Beadle; a sister, Audrey Gilley; and a brother, Ray Thompson.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at McClanahan-Lee Funeral Home in Jasonville with Brother Thomas Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Bowling Green.
