Anna Jean Budny, 68, of Bloomfield, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2006, at Greene County General Hospital in Linton.
Born June 26, 1938 in Perry County, she was the daughter of Lonnie and Irene (Tindle) Perry.
She was a former payroll clerk for NSWC Crane, a member of Holy Name Catholic Church, and a member of Delta Theta Tau sorority.
Survivors include: her husband, whom she married Aug. 30, 1958, Stan J. Budny, of Bloomfield; one daughter, Lorie Walton, of Loogootee; three sons, Joe Budny, of Allons, Tenn., Tracy Budny, of Lolo, Mont., and Douglas Budny, of Massola, Mont.; one sister, Donna Peter of Troy; one brother, Merlin Claycomb Jr., of Conway, Ark.; seven grandchildren, Christopher Budny, Nikki Sargent, Haylee Jo Budny, Cody and Garrett McConnell, Venessa Walton, and Tessa Budny.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a step father who raised her, Merlin Claycomb Sr.; and one granddaughter, Tricia Budny.
A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Saturday at Holy Name Catholic Church in Bloomfield with Father Michael Madden officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Friday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral home in Bloomfield and one hour prior to the service at the church.
