Mary Louise Hall (Holtsclaw) Bingham, 83, of Avon, formerly of Bloomington and Bloomfield, passed away at 6:55 a.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2006 at Clarian West Hospital in Avon.
Born Oct. 7, 1922 in Greene County, she was the daughter of Frank (Tommy) Holtsclaw and Forrest (Williams) Holtsclaw.
She had retired from Otis Elevator.
Survivors include: a son Malcolm Bingham of Avon; a daughter Marylin and her husband Gary Gross of Bloomington; six grandchildren, Jeffrey Gross and his wife Helen of Springville, Amber and her husband Vince Eads of Bloomington, Laura Lynn Bingham of Danville, Jennifer Marie Bingham and her fiancÚ Matthew McGrath of Danville, Erica Alan Bingham, and Brian Keith Bingham; eight great-grandchildren, Erica, Stephanie, and Kristin Eads, Jacob, Emily, and Miranda Gross, Zackery Travelsted, and Adam Bingham; two brothers, Loren R. Holtsclaw of Bloomfield, and Max Holtsclaw of Columbus; two sisters, Dorothy Parks of Bloomfield, and Correne Huffman of Bloomington; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Dale Holtsclaw.
Funeral service was at 11 a.m. today at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Billy Ed Hostettler officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery at Bloomfield.
Visitation was Sunday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service today at the funeral home.
