Nancy J. "Wills" Lake, 63, of Bloomington and formerly of Louisville, Ky., passed away at 1:14 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006 at Beverly Healthcare of Bloomington.
Born May 13, 1942 in Sandborn, she was the daughter of Malone and Vivian (Meeks) Wills.
She was an RN with the Heart and Lung Transplant Team in Nursing, retiring in 2000. She attended the Sandborn United Methodist Church.
Survivors include: her mother Vivian Wills; two sons, Brian Lake of Seymour, and Patrick Lake of Nashville, Tenn.; a daughter Deanna Schreffler of Stone Mountain, Ga.; six grandchildren, Janel and Kevin Schreffler of Stone Mountain, Ga., Megan and Brady Lake of Seymour, and Zachary and Arianna Lake of Nashville, Tenn.; a brother Steve Wills of Mohommet, Ill.; and two sisters, Kay Batton of Fitzgerald, Ga., and Sara Wills of Lyons.
She was preceded in death by her father Malone Wills who passed away in 1998.
Funeral service will be at Sandborn United Methodist Church at 2 p.m. on Monday with the Rev. Tom Anderson and Pastor Mark Batton officiating. Burial will be at Sandborn Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1-2 p.m. on Monday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
