Kip Lee Huxhold, 47, of Solsberry, passed away at noon, Monday, Oct. 31, 2005 at his residence.
Born Sept. 17, 1958 in Evansville, he was the son of Russell G. and Ethel Lavon (Simpson) Huxhold.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the Gardenwood General Baptist Church in Evansville. He also attended the Crossroads Church in Bedford.
Survivors include: a son Kevin Lee Huxhold of Florida; a sister Amy G. Hayes of Bloomfield; his father Russell G. Huxhold of Bloomfield; a granddaughter Kiva Huxhold of New York; a niece Shanna Kay Hayes of Bloomington; and three nephews, Dustin D. Hayes of Bloomfield, Samuel Paddgett of Oakland City, and Aaron Paddgett of Vincennes.
He was preceded in death by his mother Ethel Lavon Huxhold, who passed away in 1998, and a sister Lea Beth Paddgett.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home, Bloomfield, with the Rev. Billy Ed Hostettler officiating. Burial will be in Lynnville Cemetery, Lynnville.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today, and one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
