Grace Elizabeth Graves, 88, of Bloomfield, passed away at 9:17 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13, 2005 at Bloomington Hospital.
Born Oct. 3, 1917 in Tulip, she was the daughter of William Henry and Altona (Pearson) Love. She had been married to Harold S. Graves, who passed away April 10, 1989.
She was a homemaker and attended the Ridgeport Community Church.
Survivors include: three sons, Arnold Graves and Gary Graves, both of Bloomfield, and Stanley J. Graves of Monrovia; a daughter Darlene Holtsclaw of Lyons; 10 grandchildren, Rebecca Cunningham of Martinsville, Kerry Graves of Bloomfield, Robin Rose of Switz City, Krista Graves of Tempe, Ariz., Bradley Graves, Scott Graves, Kevin Graves, and Anne Graves, all of Monrovia, Jeremy Holtsclaw of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Dustin Holtsclaw of Indianapolis; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harold, two brothers, Fred Love and Elmo Love, and three sisters, Faye Jacobs, Lucille Bland, and Dorcas Gardner.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastor Roy Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home.
