Nettie Rae Hutter, 80, of Bloomfield, passed away at 2:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, 2005, at her residence.
Born May 10, 1925 in West Frankfort, Ill., she was the daughter of James Ross and Electa Mae (Pertuset) Williams. She had been married to Edward H. Hutter, who passed away in July of 1974.
She was office manager at Mittelhauser in Naperville, Ill., and she was a member of Bloomfield First Baptist Church.
Survivors include: three daughters, Janet Rae Hutter of Forest Park, Ill., Nancy Ellen and her husband Jim Newlin of Franklin Park, Ill., and Donna Mae and her husband Bob Schwemin of Wheaton, Ill.; three grandchildren, Kristina, Alisa, and Daniel; a brother James Ross Williams Jr., and his wife Ruth of Dugger; her mother Mae Williams of Bloomfield; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edward, two sisters, June DeFrees and Marjorie Demaree, a brother Charles Eugene Williams, and her father James Ross Williams.
A memorial service was held on Sunday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Bloomfield with the Rev. Brent Myers officiating. Graveside service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Chapel Hill Gardens West in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.
Visitation was Sunday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
