Steven Michael, 52, of Spencer, passed away Friday, Oct. 28, 2005 at Bloomington Hospital.
Born July 1, 1953 in Bloomington, he was the son of Jim Ben and Mildred Geneva (Rydenbark) Michael.
He was a Navy veteran. He was the manager of Country Auto Parts for 20 years. He was a licensed Pentecostal church minister and attended the Pentecostal Church of God and the Solsberry United Methodist Church. He was a member of the DAV, PVA, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Survivors include: his wife Elizabeth (Watkins) Michael of Spencer; a daughter Letitia Michael of Bloomington; three sons, Stephen Michael of Spencer, Curtis Michael of Bloomington, and Wesley Michael of Spencer; a brother Douglas Michael of Indianapolis; two sisters, Karen Burnside of Indianapolis and Cynthia Hanson of Spencer; his mother Mildred Geneva Michael of Spencer; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father and two sons.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the West and Parrish and Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer with the Rev. Ed Beedle officiating. Burial will follow at Newark Cemetery with military graveside rites provided by the Spencer American Legion and the VFW.
