Luella Grace (Wolfe) Snyder Price Cook, 70, of Shelburn, passed away at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2005 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.
She was employed as a seamstress at SCARC in Sullivan. She was a member of Indian Prairie Baptist Church of Carlisle, an attendee of Blue Bird Camp in Terre Haute since 1996, and the Why Me Chapter of the Wabash Valley Cancer Society.
Survivors include: her husband William M. Cook of Shelburn; four children, Alice J. Boothe of Belleville, Ill., Judy K. Winemiller of Sullivan, Roy L. Snyder of Shelburn, and Steven D. Snyder of Belleville, Ill.; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four brothers, John Wolfe of Bruceville, Jack Wolfe of Read Oaks, Iowa, Nathan Wolfe of Shelburn, and Paul Wolfe of Carlisle; two sisters, Norma Bovenschen of Farmersburg and Ann Volle of Carlisle; and a sister-in-law Sandra Wolfe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John M. Wolfe and Hazel G. Clark Wolfe and a brother Jerry Wolfe.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Monday at the Indian Prairie Baptist Church in Carlisle with the Rev. Paul Jones officiating.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Sunday at the Banks & Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Blue Bird Camp c/o Union Hospital, or to the Why Me Chapter of Cancer Society.
