Norma Lee (Thomason) Wilson, 79, of Jasonville, passed away at 1:05 a.m. Thursday, June 16, 2005, at Shakamak Good Samaritan Center in Jasonville.
Born November 20, 1925 in Jasonville, she was the daughter of Gilbert and Elsie (Hubble) Thomason. On January 26, 1946, she married William M. "Willie" Wilson.
She had worked for Poe & Knutt Drug Store, Jasonville Formit and had retired from Pfizer. She was a member of the Jasonville Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include: her husband William "Willie" of Jasonville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Lane Wilson and his wife Paula of Jasonville, and Rodney Lee Wilson and his wife Nicole of Jasonville; two half-sisters, Sue Hamilton and Linda, both of Anderson; a step-sister Mary; a brother and sister-in-law John Thomason and his wife Joy of Anderson; a brother Merrill Thomason of Terre Haute; three step-brothers, Richard Thomason of Anderson, Delbert and Robert; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Gilbert Lee Thomason Jr., and Billie Ray Thomason, and one sister Mildred Howard.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the Jasonville Assembly of God Church with Pastor Sam Bush officiating. Burial will be at K of P Cemetery in Hymera.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday at McClanahan-Lee Funeral Home in Jasonville, and from noon until service time Tuesday at the church.
