Judith Ann Gregory, 63, of Linton, passed away at 11:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2005 at Linton Nursing & Rehab in Linton.
Born Dec. 16, 1941 in Daviess County, she was the daughter of John Thomas and Mary Opal (Patterson) Summers. She was a long-time companion of Floyd "Bud" Gregory of Linton.
She had been employed at Marriott Hotel in Indianapolis.
Survivors include: three sons, Jerry Brown and his wife Trina of Bloomington, Brian Brown and his wife Tessa of Loogootee, and Jonathan Gregory of Indianapolis; three daughters, Linda and her husband D.W. Earles of Petersburg, Janet and her husband Greg Adler of Destin, Fla., and Kim and her husband Kurt Hoffman of Fischers; 18 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Charles T. Summers of Jasper and Edward Summers of Loogootee; and two sisters, Mary Louise Yarnell and Janet Jones, both of Loogootee.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandchild Allan Brown, a sister Patricia Bowling, and a brother Kenneth Summers.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Church of St. Mary, Loogootee, with Father Leo Kiesel officiating. Burial will be in the Cemetery of St. Mary, Loogootee.
Friends may call from 9-10 a.m. on Tuesday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
