Jerry Warren Hasler, 64, of Bloomfield, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2005 at Clearbrook, Va.
Born Aug. 14, 1940 in Greene County, he was the son of Warren and Elsie (Johnson) Hasler.
He was a truck driver for Gless Brothers Trucking in Washington. He was a member of Antioch Christian Church, the Masonic Lodge of Bloomfield, a lifetime reserve of the Richland/Taylor Township Fire Department, the Scottish Rite, and the American Legion Post 196 of Bloomfield. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include four sons, John Hasler, Joe Hasler, Greg Hasler, and Jeff Hasler, all of Bloomfield and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. on Saturday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home, Bloomfield, with the Rev. Erin Raper officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Bloomfield with military services by the American Legion Post 196 of Bloomfield.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home. Masonic Lodge Services will be Friday evening at the funeral home.
