Anna M. (Horn) Trueblood, 91, of Brownsburg, passed away at 2:30 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2005 at Bloomington Hospital.
Born Feb. 15, 1914 in Greene County, she was the daughter of Jesse and Freeda (Roberts) Ashcraft.
She was a homemaker and also had worked in the cafeteria at Eastern School for three years. She was a member of Koleen Union Church.
Survivors include: one son Willis and his wife Rhelda Horn of Brownsburg; two daughters, Kay and her husband Jerry Lewis of Springville, and Lana and her husband Bill Buskirk of Solsberry; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and four sisters, Lucille Wade of Littleton, Colo., Berniece Fines of Merrillville, Wyona Eckburger of Shelby, Ohio, and Mae Carter of Owensburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Estel Horn; her second husband Roy Trueblood; three sons, Ray, Edwin, and Marvin Horn; one sister Hazel Trueblood; five brothers, Quincy, Jack, Wayne, Jesse, and Daniel Ashcraft; and two grandsons, Bill and Tim Horn.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Friday at Koleen Union Church with the Rev. Ralph Roach and the Rev. Lloyd Swango officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Ridge Cemetery, Bloomfield.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home, Bloomfield and 1 p.m. until the hour of service at the church.
