Annabelle "June" Ferguson, 89, of Spencer, passed away at 11:11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 7, 2005 at Bloomington Hospital.
Born Dec. 9, 1915 in Greene County, she was the daughter of Phillip and Eura May (Christy) Ringer. She had been married to Ernest Winfred Ferguson, who passed away April 4, 1998.
She was a homemaker and attended the Church of Christ.
Survivors include: one daughter Belinda and her husband William Sills of Bloomington; two sons, Winfred Michael and his wife Joyce Ferguson of Bloomfield, and Phil Mark and his wife Gaile Ferguson of Cynthiana, Ky.; seven grandchildren, James Michael and his wife Dawn Ferguson, Stephen Lee and his wife Dee Ferguson, Christopher and his wife Dawn Ferguson, Jenny Ferguson and her husband Sam Cox, William Richard Sills, III, Ryan James Sills, and Sean Michael Sills; eight great-grandchildren, Terra Ferguson, Tonya Ferguson, Erik Ferguson, Alicia Ferguson, Kyle Ferguson, Morgan Cox, and Mason Cox.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ernest Winfred Ferguson, a brother Elmer Ringer, and three sisters, Blanch Reevs, Janet Whyres, and Peg Neeley.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. today at Jenkins Funeral Home, Bloomfield, with the Rev. Billy Ed Hostettler officiating. Burial will be in Scotland Cemetery.
Visitation was from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, and one hour prior to service today at the funeral home.
