Walter Wesley Fullom, Jr., 74, of Odon, passed away at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2005, at his residence.
Born Jan. 23, 1931 in Greene County, he was the son of Walter Wesley Fullom, Sr. and Bessie Brookshire Fullom. He was married to Sue (Bickley) Fullom.
He was retired, having been a self-employed construction worker. He served in the Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include: his wife Sue Fullom of Odon; his children, Diana Pegg of Bloomfield, Steven Fullom of Farmersburg, Dave Fullom of Odon, and Amy Fullom of Bloomfield; five grandchildren, Stephanie Deckard of Farmersburg, Sarah Nickless of Farmersburg, Daniel Fullom of Farmersburg, Justin Pegg of Bloomfield, and Amanda Pegg of Bloomfield; and three great-grandchildren, Benjamin Nickless, Paul Nickless, and Madeline Deckard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Rex Fullom, and a grandchild Jason Fullom.
Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Jenkins Funeral Home, Bloomfield, with the Rev. Tim Ahlemeyer officiating. Burial will be in Mount Nebo Cemetery, Bloomfield.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today, and from 1 p.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home.
