June (Dishman, Clayton) Keagy, 74, of Bloomfield, passed away at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 19, 2004 at her residence.
Born Sept. 10, 1930 in Sandborn, she was the daughter of Eric B. and Effie May (Bough) Dishman.
She was a homemaker and the author of three collector books. She was an animal lover and member of the Humane Society.
Survivors include: her husband William D. Keagy of Bloomfield; two sons, Dennis R. Clayton of Bloomfield and Roger L. Clayton of Bloomington; one daughter Lisa Jones of Tacoma, Wash.; one sister Judi Zlatich of Kennewick, Wash.; 10 grandchildren, Shawn Clayton, Jayson Clayton, Jeremy Clayton, Chris Clayton, Scott Clayton, Heather Clayton, Andrea Clayton, Jared Jones, Jordan Jones, and Jeanne Lee Jones; and 10 great-grandchildren, Spencer Clayton, Amanda Kirkman, Erica Jo Kirkman, Cheyanne Clayton, Elizabeth Clayton, Samantha Clayton, Desiree' Clayton, Justice Clayton, Tamara Clayton, and Angel (Sherrard) Clayton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Hestin B. Dishman, James D. Dishman, Gilbert B. Dishman, Wilbert D. Dishman, and Robert Dishman; two sisters, Thelma May Dishman and Dorothy Marie Dishman; and two infant great-granddaughters.
Funeral service will be today at 7 p.m. at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home, Bloomfield, with the Rev. Allen Griggs officiating. Graveside service will be at Dishman Cemetery at a later date.
Friends may call from 3 p.m. until the hour of service today at the funeral home.
