Leotta Mae Targett, 75, of Bloomfield, passed away at 8:50 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 15, 2004 at her residence.
Born April 26, 1929 in Bloomfield, she was the daughter of Julius and Nancy (Love) Pearson. She was married to Isaac Earl Targett Sr.
She was a homemaker and a member of Bloomfield Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include: her husband, Isaac Earl Targett Sr. of Bloomfield; one son, Isaac Earl Targett Jr. of Bloomfield; four brothers, Gale Pearson of Bloomington, Julius Pearson Jr. of Bellefontaine, Ohio, Richard Pearson of Bloomfield, and Rex Pearson of Indianapolis; and four sisters, Gladys Inman of Des Moines, Iowa, Gaynell Blottie of Roseville, Calif., Martha Bechtel of Odon, and Anna Burcham of Bloomfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Thelma Foster; and two brothers, Herschel Pearson and Donald Pearson.
Funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Thursday at Jenkins Funeral Home, Bloomfield with the Rev. David Fish officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery, Bloomfield.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today, and one hour prior to the service Thursday.
