Marianne Fusco, 84, of Linton, passed away at 6:10 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 21, 2004 at Bloomington Hospital.
Born July 18, 1920 in Dugger, she was the daughter of Robert "Fritz" and Geneva (Young) Hunter. On May 18, 1942, she married Frank Fusco. He passed away on March 25, 2003.
She had been a clerk at G.C. Murphy in Linton, retiring in 1978. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Linton.
Survivors include: two sons, Mike Fusco and his wife, Beth, of Linton, and John Fusco and his wife, Kathy, of Linton; one daughter Annetta Slover and her husband, Jim, of Brownsburg; six grandchildren, Angie Jones, Jimmy Slover, Stacee Glynn, and Tony, Nick and Whitley Fusco; six great-grandchildren, Amanda Miller, Austin Jones, Victoria Slover, Lilly Slover, Frank Slover and Ashtynn Powell; and one brother David Hunter of Albany.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank Fusco; two sisters, Carole and Elinor; one grandson Keith Slover; and one great-grandson Logan Powell.
Mass of Resurrection will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Peter Catholic Church, Linton, with the Rev. Hilary Vieck officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Linton.
Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. on Tuesday, and from 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel, Linton. There will be a rosary recital at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
