COVINGTON ---- Jamie June Morris, 47, of Covington, passed away at 12:55 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, 2004 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born April 10, 1957 in Danville, Ill., she was the daughter of James W. and June (Redenbaugh) Breeden, Sr.
She was a 1975 graduate of Covington High School and a resident of that community most of her life. She received her LPN degree from Lakeview School of Nursing and worked in home health care. She was a member of First Assembly of God.
Survivors include: her father and step-mother James and Betty Breeden, Sr. of Bloomfield; her mother and step-father June and Vernon Hopper of Covington; two daughters, Jada June (Travis) Myers of Crawfordsville, and Jannea Ruth Morris of Covington; four sisters, Janie (Jeff) Emery, Judy (Jeff) Helms, Joyce (Troy) Carmichael, and Chris (Mike) Cruse; three brothers, James W. Breeden, Jr., Clyde V. Hopper, and Marty Hopper, Sr.; a life-long friend Jacqueline Powell and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Shelby Funeral Home, 622 3rd St., Covington with the Rev. Leonard Largent officiating. Burial will be at Bend Cemetery, Covington.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
