Francis Lee "Doc Holiday" Gose, 44, of Hymera, passed away at 2:48 p.m. on Monday Aug. 2, 2004 at Sullivan County Community Hospital in Sullivan.
Born Feb. 28, 1960 in Greencastle, he was the son of Emory Francis and Hazel Irene (Marrow) Gose.
He previously worked as a security officer and had been a painter with the M&M Company. He attended church in Paxton.
Survivors include: his mother Hazel I. Stump of Hymera; his wife Grace Marie (Stump) Gose, who he married Feb. 7, 1995, of Hymera; four daughters, Connie Gose of Lorain, Ohio, Kristine Gose of Lorain, Ohio, Cassandra Stump of Vermilion, Ohio, and Anna May West of Lorain, Ohio; six sons, David Frank Gose of Hymera, Frank Gose of Hymera, Ronnie Lee Gose of Lorain, Ohio, Emory F. Gose Jr. of Lorain, Ohio, Bruce Gose of California, and Joshua Gose of California; two sisters, Anna Gose of Bloomington and Wanda Hubbell of Rockville; and one brother Allen Minnick of Vincennes.
He was preceded in death by his father Emory Francis Gose, an infant son and an infant daughter.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday at McClanahan-Lee Funeral Home Jasonville with Pastor Terry Bush officiating. Cremation to follow.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, and 9 a.m. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
